Born in New Rochelle NY, in 1980 I grew up in and around Real Estate. My mother was a top Realtor in Westchester County, NY. From an early age, my mother always told me "buying or selling a home is just as much about selling yourself to your client as it is the walls and the roof and the land." What she later told me she meant was that relationships are crucial in any transaction. You can sell a client the perfect home, but if they do not trust you to realize that it is the perfect home for them, they will never be happy with the deal.
